This is a special solution for companies: employees charge their electric vehicles at fixed prices, and payment is made centrally by the organization.
You can submit a request on the website or download the contract template and send it to (email). After approval and signing, we will activate the plan within 1 business day.
The plan is activated within one business day from the moment the application is signed and the employees’ phone numbers are registered in the Voltau app.
You receive a credit limit (in kWh). While it is active, no charges are made from employees’ cards. After the limit is exhausted, automatic debiting from the linked card is activated.

At the end of each month, we generate a reconciliation report and a detailed breakdown of all charging sessions. The documents are sent to the email address specified in the application.
You list their phone numbers in the application. After activation, these employees can charge via the Voltau app.
You inform us about the change, and we promptly update the list of connected users.
A Visa/Mastercard is registered in the Voltau app through the secure Freedom Pay system. We do not store card data and do not have access to it.
We undertake to fix any malfunction as quickly as possible. A complete downtime of the entire system cannot exceed 48 hours.
Secret EV ensures the operation of the network and charging stations. The company is responsible for the proper use of electric vehicles and equipment.
All requests are handled by Voltau’s support service. If a document is needed, we prepare a reconciliation report or review the situation in an official manner. The claim review period is up to 10 calendar days.
Yes. To terminate the contract, you need to send a notice at least 30 working days in advance and settle all mutual payments.
The rates are specified in the application and fixed at the time of connection. If the terms change, an additional agreement is signed with you.
